Are your products organic?
Great food starts with great ingredients. We seek to use the cleanest, most wholesome ingredients we can find. The quality of ingredients starts at the source. Where we can, we buy direct from farmers - giving us unique insight into the quality of the land, their processes, their business practices, and ultimately the ingredients we put in our snacks. If we wouldn’t feed it to our familiy, we won’t feed it to you!
Where it is not practical to buy direct, we seek out suppliers that demonstrate a commitment to clean, wholesome, regenerative production methods. We look for ingredients that are organic, non-GMO, gluten free, glyphosate free, seed oil free, regeneratively & sustainably produced, and made without chemical processes or additives - even when government standards will allow it.
Why Unpacific?
Charlotte’s step-grandmother called them Unpacific Pecans, because there is nothing about pecans or the spices in our recipe that reflected her hometown of Seattle or the Pacific Coast. We keep the name in honor of her.
Where are your snacks made?
All our snacks are produced in Arkansas, using as many local and regional ingredients as possible.
How should I store my Althea Farms snacks?
For maximum crunch we like to store ours in the refrigerator, but your Althea Farms pecans or granola can be shelf stored for at least six months. You can help them retain their crunch by closing the resealable pouch between snack sessions.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2PM usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2PM, on weekends or holidays will usually ship the second business day.
How much does shipping cost and Who is your primary carrier?
Shipping prices are $8.00 plus $0.75 for each item and orders over $200 receive free shipping (within the Continental US).
Our default shipping method is currently UPS Ground, which usually delivers within 3-7 business days. We are constantly looking for more reliable and economical carriers. Our preferred carrier may change without notice.
Can I place a wholesale order online?

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. If you want to send Althea Farms snacks to multiple people, you can enter a new order for each location or let us organize a custom gift giving program for you. If you have a holiday or gift list and want to take care of it all in one order, please click button below or email us hello@althea-farms.com and we can get you set up.
Do you offer gift boxes?
Yes we do! On our Shop page we offer the three most popular gift box configurations (click the button below to see them) and we are happy to work with you to design the perfect custom gift if you want to do something different - just email us hello@althea-farms.com or click the link on the contact us page to get started.

We do not sell or share any information regarding your visit to our website or your shopping experience no matter where you live. We value your privacy.
